All branches of the Lake County Library System have free Wi-Fi. Log in to the "Lake County Library" network with your laptop or mobile device. You can access public computers and Wi-Fi at library branches in Lakeport, Clearlake, Middletown, and Upper Lake.

Chromebooks & Hotspots

Check out the internet! All branches of the Lake County Library also have Google Chromebooks and Wi-Fi Hotspots that are available to check out and take home for a period of 21 days. Visit your local branch to check out a Chromebook or Hotspot.

Adult Literacy Program

Learn to read. Get help with your reading and writing. The Adult Literacy Program trains volunteer tutors to help adult learners improve their literacy skills through free one-on-one tutoring.
