Welcome to the Museums of Lake County!

All branches of the Lake County Museums are closed to the public. Museum staff is still available to answer questions by phone at 707-262-1618 or email. This measure is being taken to support efforts to slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

Each of our sites offer a unique perspective on Lake County History with a collection of local and regional artifacts relating to our Indigenous, Pioneer and collective history of Lake County.


Historic Courthouse Museum

Located on Main Street Lakeport in Courthouse Park.
